Great service & delicious food! During our romantic escape, we enjoyed complimentary bubbly & chocolates which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the room. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods to choose from, including freshly made omelets.

I had a wonderful stay at Southern Sun! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. The room was spacious and comfortable, with generous bedding. The staff were efficient and courteous, making me feel right at home. The value for money was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel. a great experience!

During our recent family stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near a mall, perfect for shopping. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with neat and tidy surroundings. Our spacious and clean room came with a walk-in shower, which we preferred. The staff during breakfast provided excellent service, with used dishware removed and replaced often, and coffee served regularly. The gym and swimming pool were enjoyable for us.

The general condition of the rooms and hotel was not up to par.

During our Thanksgiving trip, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel located near a mall, which made shopping for necessities convenient. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay, and the rooms were cozy with comfortable beds that provided us with a well-needed rest. the delicacies offered in the dining area were delightful, and we enjoyed trying some new dishes.

During our stay, we observed that some areas around the hotel were not well-maintained and appeared cluttered with tatty furniture. accessibility may be challenging for people with mobility issues, as we observed that there were no paraplegic toilets, steep ramps, and limited pool access.

Well-laid out, easy access to Mall, safe, fantastic pool, excellent service.
